  • I get up, get the kids ready…I want to go outside. Dwayne is going to shoot guns with his brother.
We get outside, get in the car & head for Sara’s coffee shop.
    They make great cheap food.
We pile in, my kids & I.
It is a full house. one booth left. I get the hairy eyeball. Not sure if it is because I look funny or because I have the toddlers & everyone is bracing for the eventual screaming.
For some reason, they are behave, I have no idea why I deserve such an event, but I take it in. Feeling lucky that day.
As we eat, Dylan waipes his hands on his shirt, I offer napkins periodically, he uses them then forgets & goes for the shirt again. We play this game for a while. Then I give up. Then he starts wiping his hands on his shoes, well, the bottom of his shoes because he is sitting on his feet.
“Dylan, don’t wipe your hands on your shoes, honey, they are dirty.”
“I not eatin’, wook, (opens mouth wide to show there is no food inside)”
    And I laugh.
    Silly little boy.

  • OMG! I have the most beautiful grandchildren! Dylans’ eyes are gorgeous and Georgia Donna’s hair is so long and curly and I love their smiles!!! You couldn’t make me any happier than to have pics of my family! Did I know that Georgia got her ears pierced? Refresh my poor memory please! What a difference between the nice, sunny, get outside weather you have and the cold, snowy, windy, rainny weather that we have! :) :) :) Oh for spring!  I love you and thank you again for the pictures of y’all! God bless and love forever, Mom

  • My Best Friends.  I love you guys too much!!!  Georgia is so BEAUTIFUL! ( Why am I acting like it is a surprise…she has always been beautiful lol)  I cannot believe how much she has grown.  Dylan is the most HANDSOME little dude that I know.  I take great comfort in the fact that no matter how big he is getting, I can still see a little glimpse of the sweet, cuddly baby boy that was once climbing on me so I would cradle him :)  They are absolutely precious and I am truly grateful to be able to love them.  I still need to send the stuff we got them…I am such a terrible person…if I keep it up, I could just wait a few more weeks for Dylan’s birthday!!!  I suck.  Love and dearly miss you all!  Keep posting pictures- they are awesome!
