    I'm very sorry for the situation you find yourself in at this time. I know the rules for some of the assistance programs can be quite confusing and problematic. I will ask someone with our staff in Frankfort see if there is a way to help out with the eligibility issue. I can't promise success, but at least we'll look at it and see if there is anything we can do.
